And that he might know the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore, prepared unto glory; Even us, whom he has called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? As he says also in O-see; I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved. And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, you are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God."

"MAKING IT PLAIN"
"My sovereign will is endless and it spreads throughout the universe and has no time. I have predestinated many of the Gentile nations or "heathen people" from the foundation of the world that was considered not my people, meaning to them that were not of the Jewish nation to become sons and daughters; and also my beloved ones. For you see, says the Lord there is no partiality and no difference between the man or woman who is willing to love and serve me; and who will accept my love for them through salvation from sin. I have prepared for me a people out of many nations of people that will be a people most beloved unto me and I will also be their God."
